Holistic Home Health Care, Inc. is a locally owned independent home health care agency based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Founded by registered nurses and health care administrators, our agency was created out of the necessity for more personalized and dedicated care of our community’s residents. We currently serve seven counties in Milwaukee.
Our mission is to ensure the highest quality of care for the patients in our community in an atmosphere of collaboration and partnership. We believe in caring for the “whole person” — not just a condition — through education, prevention, and health promotion.
