After interviews and screening, Holistic conducts multiple background checks and reference checks, then matches caregivers to clients based on needs and personality.
Holistic assembles a team of caregivers for each client. If your usual caregiver is unavailable, an alternate will be assigned and informed of your preferences.
Services start when the Plan of Care is approved by a physician for insurance clients. Privately managed clients can begin care as needed.
